What Must I Know To Shop at the Teachers’ Supply Closet?
Who Qualifies? Full-time teachers, who teach at eligible schools, may shop at the Teachers’ Supply Closet. All new teachers will get a brief orientation before shopping.
What Can I Get? Most items in the store are new. The Teachers’ Supply Closet 2,800 square foot store is stocked with basic school supplies such as pencils, pens, paper, notebooks, rulers, glue, scissors, markers, copy paper, desk accessories, novelty items, tape, binders, pocket folders, and file folders. Shoppers must respect what is free and observe posted limits on products to ensure adequate supplies for all shoppers.
Shopping Hours: 3:30, 4:30 & 5:30 PM, appointments will be made every hour on the half hour; teachers will shop for 1 hour. It is important that punctuality and limiting shopping experience to one hour is adhered to due to size limitation of the store.
Appointments: Eligible teachers must schedule appointments via phone or email. Teachers may shop only at their appointment time. Arriving on time is essential. Regardless of what time you do arrive you will be asked to stay within the hour of the appointment.
Cancellations: Must be made 24 hours in advance via voice or email. If an appointment is missed without cancellation, it will be counted as a shopping visit.
How often? Teachers may shop ONCE per Semester.
